Ecological expertise, commercial judgement and structured delivery
Founded by Ben, Charlie and Ronan, the practice draws on over five decades of combined ecological and business experience. The team has delivered projects across renewable energy, residential and commercial development, infrastructure, minerals and waste, and strategic advisory roles, supporting both public and private sector clients.
Ben holds a BSc in Marine and Freshwater Biology and an MSc in Environmental Consultancy, and is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM). Working as a professional ecologist since 2012, he has extensive experience delivering ecological services across a wide range of sectors, including renewable energy, residential and commercial development, large-scale infrastructure, minerals and waste, and strategic advisory roles. His work is defined by technical rigour, clear communication, and a focus on delivering planning-ready outcomes.
Ben Lansbury
Director - Ecology and Delivery
Charlie brings senior leadership experience across the Irish SME sector, with a focus on strategy, people and operational delivery. He specialises in building and scaling businesses, implementing structured systems and aligning teams around high-performance outcomes. At Landas, Charlie leads organisational strategy, supporting the development of efficient, decision-ready ecological services and a scalable consultancy model.

Ronan has a background in finance and management consulting, with experience advising SMEs across multiple sectors throughout Europe. His expertise includes financial strategy, operational performance and business structuring.
